What qualities should our Consultants possess?Excellent presentation skills, Specialized knowledge in their respective fields, specialized analytical ability, very deep logical and innovative thinking, team developmental skills, leadership skills, ability to maintain long-term client relationship are the key qualities that our consultants should have. As a consultant you should be able to put innovative ideas in the form of a project (chief consultant), chalk out a project plan and put a team together (senior consultant), guide a team of senior and junior associates throughout the project (junior consultant). From our Consultants we would like to see convincing evidence of innovative ideas and decisions. Consultants need to be able to develop and apply multi-tier models and concepts accurately. They should have a confidence in their ideas and they should understand the limits of their skills and the project. They should also have influencing skills to research and find the demands of the markets. Who is a Junior Consultant?Dental professionals, Senior Dental Nurses, Senior Dental Technicians, Other Senior Dental Professionals. Junior Consultants will be in the forefront of most of our projects where they would be responsible for conducting seminars and workshops for the projects. They should be able to explain complex, scientific, technical, and sensitive issues in simple, straightforward, and intuitive ways. They also need to have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Our junior consultants need to have a strong drive to develop themselves, their teams and their clients. We would also be looking for evidence of learning and knowledge sharing as well as for a strong focus on helping others get results.
