Students: studying dentistry and related fields. Students who are looking for quality jobs in their field of study.

Apprentices and Trainees: in dentistry and dentistry related fields. Apprentices and Trainees who are willing to get additional training and are willing to be involved in various clinical and industrial projects.

Dental Professionals: Dentists and other Dental and related Professionals who are getting started in their career and are willing to explore different opportunities.

What qualities should you possess?

Knowledge of the field of dentistry, teamwork, a drive to learn, deep logical thinking, flexibility, commitment to good results, good communication skills, convincing charm and above all a pleasant personality are the key qualities that you should possess.

Associates need to be able to research and work through multiple levels and apply models and concepts accurately. They should have a confidence in their own ability and in their own limits and have the influencing skills to handle the demands of the project. We would also like to see evidence of initiative and of soliciting colleagues' help with specific issues or decisions.

Who is a junior associate?

Dental Students, Dental apprentices and trainees, beginners in various dental professionals.

A junior associate is a fresh starter with dentajobs who will be exposed to a broad range of clients and various fields of dentistry. Junior associates work under the supervision and guidance of a senior associate. Typically a junior associate will

Execute and Monitor projects at the ground level
Be working directly on the field
Working at the trade-fairs, events, meetings and conferences
Attend seminars and workshops for respective projects

After having worked with Zahnijobs in several projects, a junior associate will take the position of a senior associate. An intensive orientation session will be conducted for junior associates.

Who is a senior associate?

Advanced Dental Students, Trained Dental Nurses, Trained Dental Techinicians, other Trained Dental Professionals and young budding Dentists.

After having worked with Zahnijobs as a junior associate, one takes the position of a senior associate. A senior associate mentors the project, which are planned by our consultants. A senior associate coordinates the project and is responsible for the success of the junior associates. Typically, a senior associate will:

Work with a team of junior associates
Monitor junior associates in the project
Will maintain direct relationship with the client
Communicate with consultants
Be responsible for the team
Attend seminars and workshops
Be required conduct and protocol team meetings

The main things we look for in Associates are a drive to learn, team work, a passion to improve the effectiveness of client organizations, and a commitment to accurate delivery.
